Melbourne's 24-story Langham hotel is located in the Southate shopping/business complex, 400 meters (0.2 miles) from Federation Square and Victorian Arts Center. Melbourne Aquarium is 0.7 km (0.4 miles) and Royal Botanic Gardens is 1.4 km (0.9 miles).

Hotel Features
Facing the Yarra River, the Langham offers river and city skyline views from its ninth-story health club, the 20-meter indoor heated pool, 20-person spa tub, and large outdoor sundeck. Also on the ninth story is the Langham signature Chuan Spa, which offers steam rooms, saunas, and a wide range of treatments based on the Chinese Five Elements theory. The Langham has a business center with computer workstations, a small meeting room for hire, and a variety of business/secretarial services. Additionally, the hotel offers eight function/conference rooms, including a ballroom. The Melba is the hotel’s multi-level restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of the Yarra River and city skyline. The Aria is a bar/lounge with sophisticated ambience generated by soft lighting and clusters of small tables divided by screens. Live music is featured Wednesdays through Saturdays. The Langham offers easy access to rowing and canoeing facilities, as well as bicycle-hire venues.
